The medical cannabis market in the Asia Pacific is valued at USD 3.75 billion in 2021 and projected to reach USD 11.49 billion by 2026, forecasted to hike at a decent rate of 25.13%.

Thailand became the first country in Southeast Asia to legalize the production, import, and export of cannabis for medical purposes in 2018. Recently, the government also agreed to allow parts of the plant with very low THC, to be in medicinal products and food.

Tim founded Delta Tetra Consultancy, a specialized medical cannabis management firm focussing on cannabis & pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, operations, and commercialization. Delta Tetra supported 40+ aspiring Australian medical cannabis companies in the development of highly detailed and precise applications for the cultivation and manufacture of medical cannabis. His understanding of stringent cannabis/pharmaceutical compliance, as well as the nuances of cannabis as a discipline and a culture, gives Tim a unique outlook on cannabis business operations and helps him to create efficiencies in every aspect of the supply chain.

2. Luc Richner, Founder & CEO of CANNAVIGIA

A serial entrepreneur with 12+ years of experience in building and managing companies in various industries in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia in the areas of logistics, furniture, events, hospitality, and tech. In 2021, Luc has successfully finished the pioneer class of the Executive MBA in Digital Leadership at HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration. With Cannavigia, he is currently digitizing the cannabis supply chain and is building an integrated management platform for the production of highly regulated goods.

3. Tom Julpas Kruesopon, Founder & Director of Golden Triangle Health (GTH)

Tom is instrumental in getting cannabis legalized in Thailand. He founded Golden Triangle Health Company Limited (GTH). GTH operates fully integrated hemp businesses from importing quality hemp seeds, R&D of hemp cultivation and extraction process, as well as the development of hemp-flavored food and beverage under its owned brands.
